After being let down twice by other Heating Engineers and now having no hot water or central heating I phoned Thornton and left a message. Nigel phoned me back immediately, I explained the situation and he was at my home within 20 minutes, found the problem went and bought the parts everything completed in less than hour and 15 mins. EXCELLENT SERVICE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This is a great local family run business. They have have done a few plumbing jobs for us, big and small, including installation of a new boiler. Ryan and Nigel are friendly and professional and I would not hesitate to use them again.
